Psychodynamic Counsellor
Sarah is a Psychodynamic counsellor with experience with individuals, couples and groups with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, bereavement, depression, anger and relationship difficulties. She also has experience with neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ issues.
Her goal is to provide a warm and safe environment in which people are able to explore their difficulties, examine their past and clarify their future, all with the guarantee of complete confidentiality and acceptance.
During training Sarah had a placement with Farleigh Hospice and has specialised training in Bereavement therapy.
Prior to counselling training Sarah worked with a conflict resolution charity and is a trained interpersonal mediator, able to assist with practical difficulties and help with communication between disputing parties.
Sarah holds a Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
